This Privacy Policy explains what information MarketDirector AI collects when you visit our website or use our application, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our marketing site and to the authenticated workspace application.

Account information: when you create a workspace or accept a team invitation, we collect your email address, password (stored securely by our authentication provider, never in plain text), workspace name, and the role assigned to you.

Form submissions: when you request a demo, book a consultation, send us a quick question, or use our contact form, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email, phone number, company, preferred date/time, and your message.

Workspace content: business details, campaigns, content drafts, CRM contacts and companies, and connected social account identifiers that you or your teammates enter into the application to run your marketing operations.

Usage information: basic technical data such as browser type and general interaction with the site, used only to keep the product working correctly.

To operate your workspace: authenticate you, apply the correct role and permissions, and store the campaigns, content, contacts and other records you create.

To respond to you: demo bookings, quick questions and contact form messages are used solely to follow up with you about your request.

To send service email: team invitation emails, password reset emails, and reminder emails when a booking or question has gone unanswered for a day, so nothing slips through.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your workspace content to train third-party models beyond what is required to generate the AI recommendations and content you explicitly request inside the product.

Email delivery: transactional email (invitations, reminders, password resets) is sent through Resend using a verified MarketDirector AI sending domain.

Social connections: if you choose to connect a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account, we use the Meta Graph API with a token you provide to read account insights and, where you request it, publish content on your behalf. That token is stored securely and shared only within your own workspace.

AI processing: campaign content plans and marketing recommendations are generated using an AI provider. Only the workspace information needed to produce that specific output is sent to the provider.

We only share information with these providers to the extent necessary to deliver the feature you are using.

We use essential cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Workspace content and form submissions are retained for as long as your workspace is active, or as needed to respond to your request. You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time using the contact details below, and workspace administrators can remove team members and their access directly from the Team page.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us using the details below to exercise any of these rights.

MarketDirector AI is a business-to-business product intended for business owners and marketing teams. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy as our product evolves. We will revise the date below when changes are made, and material changes will be communicated to workspace administrators by email.
