Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the MarketDirector AI website and application. By creating a workspace, accepting a team invitation, or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Workspace administrators are responsible for the team members they invite and the roles they assign, and for removing access when a team member should no longer have it.

You must provide accurate information when creating a workspace or accepting an invitation. You may not share a single account between multiple people, and you may not impersonate another person or business.

You agree not to use MarketDirector AI to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive marketing content, to violate the terms of any connected third-party platform (such as Meta, email, or SMS providers), or to attempt to access another workspace's data without authorization.

You agree not to reverse engineer, probe, or disrupt the service, attempt to bypass usage limits, or use the service to build a directly competing product.

Content you generate or publish through connected social accounts remains your responsibility — MarketDirector AI provides drafting and recommendation tools, but you control what is ultimately approved and published.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or as otherwise stated at checkout) until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time; changes take effect according to the billing cycle shown at checkout. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved.

We may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

You retain ownership of the business information, campaigns, content, and CRM data you enter into your workspace. We use that data only to operate the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content and contact data you upload, including ensuring you have the right to market to the contacts you add to the CRM.

MarketDirector AI integrates with third-party providers (such as social platforms, email delivery, and AI providers) to deliver certain features. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the third party's own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes to their APIs.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these terms are violated, if required by law, or if continued access would pose a security risk to the service or other customers. You may stop using the service and close your workspace at any time.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated recommendations and content are suggestions only — you are responsible for reviewing and approving anything before it is published or acted on.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarketDirector AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost revenue or lost leads.

We may update these Terms of Service as the product evolves. We will revise the date below when changes are made, and material changes will be communicated to workspace administrators by email.
